FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOGIN ID?
If you can’t recall your online banking password, please follow the steps outlined below to reset it online:
Step 1- In login page, click Did you forget your Password? link to begin the reset process
Step 2- Provide your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit
After the system approves your account details, you will receive an email with a new password.
HOW TO ENROLL
To access online banking service, you must be an account holder at Interamerican Bank. If you have a personal account, consider the steps outlined below to enroll:
Step 1- In login page, click Enroll Now tab to start the enrollment
Step 2- Fill in the requested details, then click Submit
After the system approves your account details, your account will be set up and you will receive notification.
