FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?

InterBank customers are allowed to reset their forgotten online banking password online. To reset your forgotten password, follow these steps:

Step 1- In the bank’s homepage, please click the shown forgot password link

Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address in the shown fields accordingly, then click Submit

You will receive your password via email.

HOW TO ENROLL

InterBank customers are at liberty to enroll in online banking if they need the service. To enroll in online banking, follow these steps:

Step 1- In the homepage, click the shown first time user link

Step 2- Please complete the First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit to enroll in online banking

After the system validates your account information, you will be able to proceed with the enrollment process.
