FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you are not able to recall your online banking password, follow steps outlined below to request a new password.
Step 1- In the homepage, click Forgot Password link to begin the password request process
Step 2- Provide your Username, Last 4 digits of Social Security number and Email Address, then click Begin Password Reset
A temporary Password will be sent via email to the most recent email address you have provided to the bank. The temporary password will be valid for 30 minutes.
HOW TO ENROLL
Personal account holders at Lake Region Bank can easily enroll for online banking service through steps outlined below:
Step 1- In the homepage, click First Time User Login link to begin the enrollment process
Step 2- Provide the requested details in the Enroll form, then click Begin Enrollment. Note: In the PIN field, enter the 4 digit PIN assigned for Online Banking or the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
After the online banking platform approves your account details, you will be allowed to continue and finalize enrollment.
