FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you have problems recalling your online banking password, please follow steps outlined here to reset your password:
Step 1- Login using your Access ID and when requested to provide your password, click Forgot Your Password? link shown here
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit
The system after authenticating your details, it will send you an email with your password.
HOW TO ENROLL
Personal account holders in Leader Bank are allowed to enroll for the bank’s online banking service. If you need to enjoy the service, please follow these steps to enroll:
Step 1- In homepage, click FIRST TIME LOGIN link shown here initiate the process of setting up your online banking credentials
Step 2- Provide the requated details. For your first time login, the Access ID is your account number, select the correct Account Type and use your tele-bank password as password. If you have not set up your tele-bank password, use the last four digits of your social security number, then click Submit.
Once the online system approves your details, it will prompt you to create a Username, Password, and answer Security Questions.
