Step 1- In the password entry page, click Forget Your Password? link
Step 2- Please enter your User Code, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit
You will receive your password via email.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you need to enroll for personal online banking service in Lumbee Guaranty Bank, you must have account in the bank. Follow steps outlined below to enroll if you have a personal account in the bank:
Step 1- In homepage, click First Time User link
Step 2- Review the Terms & Conditions, then click I Accept at the bottom
Step 3- Click Personal Online Banking Enrollment Form link
Step 4- Fill in the requested details in First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit
If your account details are approved by the online banking system, the system will allow you set up your online banking account.
