FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
As an online banking customer, the bank allows you reset your forgotten online banking password, online. To reset your password, follow these steps:
Step 1- After submitting your PERSONAL LOGIN, click the shown Forgot Password? link
Step 2- Please provide your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address in the shown fields, then click Submit
You will receive an email with your password.
HOW TO ENROLL
Mercantile Bank allows its customers enroll in online banking. To enroll in online banking, please follow these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the shown Enroll Now link
Step 2- Please fill in the requested details in the First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit. Note: If you haven’t reset your Telephone Banking PIN it is the last 4 of your Social Security Number.
The system after approving your details, it will activate your online banking account.
