Mountain America Credit Union offers online banking to its members in order make banking more convenient and cheaper.
You can login to their online account or sign up if you don’t have an online account.
Here are the steps to follow to login and access your account.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Go to the bank’s homepage: https://www.macu.com/
Step 2– Enter your sign in ID on the left side of the page
Step 3– on the next page, type you password as shown below. Ensure that your Caps Lock is turn on or off as required because the password is case sensitive.
Resetting your password is easy if your forgot it.
Step 1- Go to the link that says “Forgot password?”
Step 2- Next enter your details to reset the password
If you forgot your username, you’ll have to call their customer care to retrieve it.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you are using online banking for the first time, you can easily signup as follows:
Step 1- Click “Register Now” link that can be found on the login area in the homepage
Step 2- You will be asked whether you want to open a personal or business account. Choose the appropriate one and continue.
Finish the registration process in subsequent steps and click “Submit”.
MANAGE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
Mountain America Federal Credit Union account gives you the freedom to accomplish so many things that you would have had to do at the branch. some of the things you can do with your online account include:
- Receive eStatements
- Make domestic or International Wire Transfers
- Make direct deposits
- View the front and back images of your cleared checks
- Keep track of your bank account activities such as when account balances falls below the thresholds.
