FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
You can reset your online banking password if you are unable to recall it. To reset it, follow these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click Forgot Password link shown below
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address in the highlighted fields, then click Submit
After the system establishes your identity, you will receive password via email.
HOW TO ENROLL
Account holders in NorthStar Bank of Colorado are at liberty to enroll in online banking. To enroll consider these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click Sign Up link shown below
Step 2- To get the process started, please enter your Account Number and choose account type and enter your passcode, then click Submit. Note: Your Passcode is your Telephone Banking PIN. If you have not accessed Telephone Banking, use the last 4 digits in your Social Security Number
The bank after approving your account details, it will take you through the remaining enrollment steps.
