For you to reset your passcode, the system demands you enter your Access ID, tax identification number or social security number, and the account number of your online account. Please follow these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the ‘Forgot Passcode’ link
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, tax identification number or social security number, and the account number of your online account.
After verifying your identity, the system will allow you proceed and reset your passcode

Petit Jean State Bank gives customers the liberty of enrolling for the bank’s online banking service. Please follow these steps to enroll:
Step 1- In the homepage, please click the ‘Apply Now!’ link
Step 2- Click OK in the popup that appears which says you must have an account in Petit Jean State Bank. Next, tick the checkbox to show you’ve read the disclosure terms, then click ‘I Agree’
Step 3- Please fill in the Online Internet Banking Enrollment Form, then scroll down and click Continue
After verifying your credentials, the system will allow you to proceed with remaining steps
