FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you are unable to access your Preferred Bank online banking account, kindly consider the guide below to reset your password:
Step 1 – Login using your Access ID then click Forgot your password when prompted to enter a password
Step 2 – Enter Access ID, last 4 digits of your Tax ID Number and email address then Submit
A new password will be emailed to you. Use it to log in and set a preferred password.

Step 2 – Review the Preferred Bank PBnet Online Banking Electronic Services Agreement then click I Accept
Step 3 – Fill in the First-Time User Authentication form and select account type then Submit
Your details will first undergo review. Once approved, your account will be created and be notified through a welcome email.
