Step 2- In the password-entry page, click Did you forget your password? link to initiate the password reset process
Step 3- Please provide your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit

Only account holders in Reliance Bank can enroll of its online banking service. To enroll, follow these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the ENROLL link shown below
Step 2- Review Reliance Bank’s ONLINE BANKING TERMS & CONDITIONS, then click ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS to proceed with the enrollment process
Step 3- Fill in the requested details in the First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit
