FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
As a valid Online Banking client who can’t remember your online banking password, please follow these steps to reset it.
Step 1- After submitting your Online Banking ID, please click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link
Step 2- Please enter your Online Banking ID, E-mail Address and Email Subject, then click Continue
Upon establishing your identity, the system will email you direction on how to reset your password
HOW TO ENROLL
As an active account holder at River Community Bank, the institution give the opportunity of self-enrolling into its online banking service. In order for you to enroll you need your bank account number, Social Security Number (SSN) and email address in the bank’s records
Step 1- Click the ‘Enroll Now’ link in the bank’s homepage
Step 2- After reviewing the requirements, click the I Agree button to proceed
Step 3- In order to verify your credentials, please enter your bank account number, Social Security Number (SSN) and email address in the bank’s records, then click Continue
After your identity is approved, the system will prompt you through the remaining account set up processes
MANAGE RIVER COMMUNITY BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT
Online Banking at River Community Bank allow customers to:
- Check balances
- Pay bills
- Look up cleared checks
- View direct deposits
- Transfer money between your accounts in the bank and another bank
