HOW TO LOGIN
As a Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union customer, you can log into your account at any time. Below are the steps to follow when logging into your account for the first time.
Step 1– Open your web browser and go to https://www.smcu.com/ enter your Username and click GO, as shown below
Step 2– On the next page, enter your Password.
Upon submitting the login details, you will be taken directly to the dashboard of your Online Account.
Note: Username and Password are case sensitive, make sure that you’re using the right case.
Step 1- If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot password” as shown below.
Step 2- You will be asked to enter your username first.
If you enter the correct username, you will be able to reset your password.
HOW TO ENROLL

Step 2- Fill the online signup form as shown then submit it by clicking ‘Complete Sign up’ button at the bottom
