Step 2- Please enter your account email address, SSN/TIN and Account number, then click Submit to verify your identity
After confirming your identity, the system will email you your Username

Step 2- To verify your identity and reset your password, please enter your username, SSN/TIN, and Account number, then click Continue
If the credentials are correct, you will proceed to reset your password
