FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
Individuals who are unable to recall their online banking password can reset it through the steps outlined below:
Step 1- In homepage, click Forgot Password? link
Step 2- Please provide your Username, Last 4 digits of Social Security number and Email Address, then click Reset Password
If the information provided match records in the Online Banking system, you will receive a temporary password via your online banking email address and will only be valid for 30 minutes. In case you fail to get your temporary password in five minutes, call Customer Service at 815-626-0614.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have a personal account in Sterling Federal Bank, please follow the steps shown below to enroll for online banking service:
Step 1- In homepage, click Register Now link
Step 2- Please provide the information requested in the Enroll form, then click enroll
The system after validating your enrollment information in the next business day, the bank will mail your temporary Username and email your temporary Password. Both of these will be needed to complete your first login to Online Banking. In your initial login you will be given a chance to change your Username and Password.
