Step 3- Click the shown Online & Mobile Services link
Step 4- Scroll down and click on the shown Enrollment and Instructions section
Step 5- Download the enrollment form by clicking on the shown Online Banking Enrollment Form link. To sign up for online banking, complete the form and fax the required information to one of bank’s locations.
Once your identity is verified, the bank will set up your account and inform you.
