FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you have forgotten your The Heritage Bank online banking password, use the password self-reset feature to set a new password. See the guide below for help:
Step 1 – Enter your Username the click Forgot Password link in the login panel
Step 2 – Please click Receive a new Password link
A new temporary password will be send to the email under your username. Use it to login and set a password of your own.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have a checking or savings account with the bank, you qualify to enroll in online banking services. Follow the guide on how to enroll:
Step 1 – In the homepage, please click Enroll in Internet Banking link
Step 2 – Fill in all the fields of the Automated Enrollment form and select your account type then click Continue
The details provided will be verified and when approved you will be allowed to proceed with the enrollment process to set up you online profile as well as login credentials.
