FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
Enrolled customers who have forgotten their Think Bank online banking password, can reset it through the steps shown below:
Step 1 – Login using your Online Banking ID then click Forgot My Password when prompted to enter a password
Step 2 – Enter your Online Banking ID, email address and email subject then click Continue
The details you have submitted will be approved and a new password emailed to you under the set email subject.
