FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you happen to forget your password, Traditional Bank allows you to self-reset it online. See the guide below.
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, kindly click Forgot Passcode link
Step 2 – Enter your Access ID, SSN or Tax ID number and bank account then submit
Your credentials will be run in the bank database to verify whether you are the owner of the account. Once your details are verified, you will be emailed a new password through the email in the bank files.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have a checking or savings account in Traditional Bank you can follow the steps below to enroll in online banking platform.
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, please click Enroll in Online Banking link
Step 2 – Select Online Banking for Personal Banking Customers link
Step 3 – Review the Traditional Bank electronic Disclosure Consent form and confirm then click I Agree to continue
Step 4 – Fill in all the fields of the Online Internet Banking Enrollment form, set security questions and check the verification box then click Continue
The bank will verify the details you have and upon approval allow you to finalize the enrollment process.
