FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
Online banking users can reset their forgotten online banking passcode through the steps outlined below:
Step 1- In the homepage, scroll down to the Login to MyTrustBank™ section then click Forgot your passcode? link
Step 2- To reset your passcode, enter your Access ID, Primary Email AddressAccount Number, then click Submit
Once the platform approves your details, you will be able to proceed with the passcode reset process.
HOW TO ENROLL
Personal account holders at TrustBank can enroll for the online banking service through the steps outlined below:
Step 1- In the homepage, scroll down then click the Personal tab shown below
Step 2- Scroll down to the New to online banking? then click Consumer Enroll link
Step 3- Review Electronic Disclosure Consent Statement and accept it by ticking the shown checkbox, then clicking I Agree
Step 4- Review Internet Banking and Bill Payment Agreement and accept it by ticking the shown checkbox, then clicking I Agree
Step 5- Please fill in the requested details in the enrollment form, then click Continue
Once the system approves your details, it will allow you set up your online banking account.
