Reset Forgotten Password
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, click Forgot Password link
Step 2 – Enter your phone number and Username then click ‘Send me a new password’
If the details matches your account in the database, a new password will be send to your phone number.
Recover Forgotten Username
Step 1 – Open the Forgotten Password recovery window, then click I forgot my username link
Step 2 – Enter your email address then click Send.
Given your email address exists in the database, the system will automatically send your Username your email account.
