FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
If you can’t recall your password, please follow these steps to reset it
Step 1- In the homepage, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link in the Online Banking Login area
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, then click Submit
You will receive your password in your account email address
HOW TO ENROLL
As an account holder in United Community Bank, please follow these steps to enroll for the online banking service
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Enrollment drop-down link then choose Personal
Step 2- Accept the bank’s terms of service by ticking the ‘I Understand and Accept’ radio button, then click Continue
Step 3- Please Fill in the First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit
Upon approval, you will have created your online banking account
