FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
In case you are not able to access the online banking service, note the simple steps below to reset your forgotten password:
Step 1 – Login using your Access ID then click Forgot your Password link when asked to enter a password
Step 2 – Enter your Access ID, last 4 digits of your Tax ID number and email address then Submit
A new password will be emailed to you once your details are validated in the system.
HOW TO ENROLL
Any customer with a checking, loans, deposit or savings account in United Prairie Bank is qualified to enroll in the online banking platform. Follow the steps below to register:
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, click Enroll link
Step 2 – Select account type and state and enter the First Time login details then Submit.
After submission your details, they will first be verified. Your account will be set up and be notified through a welcome email with your login credentials.
