FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you are a registered member in the Unity Bank online banking platform and you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps below:
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, kindly click Forgot Password link
Step 2 – Enter your Access ID, last 4 digits of your Tax ID number and email address then click Submit
The bank will establish the authenticity of your credentials and automatically email you anew password.

Step 1- In the homepage, click the First time login? link to initiate the enrollment process
Step 2- Please enter your Account number as Access ID and the last four digits of your social security number or Tax ID as your password, choose the correct account type, then click Submit
