FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
If you happen to forget your online banking login credentials do not worry since the university of Wisconsin online banking allows you to self-reset it online. See the steps below to reset your forgotten password.
Recover Lost Username
Step 1 – In the login page, click Forgot Username or Password link
Step 2 – Enter your Member Number then click Next Step
Step 3 – Enter your Social security or Tax ID number and select a verification method then click Next step.
If your details match those in the database you will be emailed your username automatically.
Reset Forgotten Password
Step 1- In the login page, click Forgot Username or Password? link shown below
Step 2 – To proceed, enter your Username or Member Number then click Next Step button.
Step 3 – Enter your Social Security or Tax ID number and select a verification method then click Next Step button.
If your details are correct you will be allowed to set a new login password.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you have a checking or savings account with the credit union, you can follow the steps below to set up your online banking account.
Step 1 – In the institution homepage, click Enroll link
Step 2 – Enter your member number, Social Security or Tax ID number, temporary password/pin or amount of last deposit then click Next step.
If the details you have provided are authentic, your account will be set up and be notified through a welcome email.
