FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you have forgotten your password, Bank of Ann Arbor’s online banking platform allows you to self-reset it. Follow these steps to reset it.
Step 1 – In the login panel, kindly click Forgot your password link
Step 2 – Enter your Access ID, Tax ID number and bank account then click submit
A new password will be emailed to you automatically after verification.
