FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you are having problem remembering your online banking password, below is a simple guide on how to self-reset it online.
Step 1 – In the internet banking login panel, click Forgot your password link
Step 2 – Enter your Login Id then click Forgot your password link
Step 3 – Confirm your password reset request by accepting to receive a new password
You will receive a new password in your email which is in the bank enrollment file. Use it to login in to your account and set a new password.
