FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
If you have forgotten your Access ID, here’s what you should do:
Step 1- Click the forgot password link below the login field
Step 2- Enter the requested information about your bank account. Once filled, click Submit.
Once completed, you will receive an email with a temporary password. You will be required to log in to you account and then change the password to the one you prefer to use.
HOW TO ENROLL
Bank of Clarke County allows its clients to create online banking accounts. To enroll online, just follow these simple steps:
Step 1- Go to the homepage then click on the link below the log in area that says ‘First Time User’
Step 2- Enter the required fields: Account Type, Account Number, Tax ID Number, Email and Zip Code. Once completed, click Submit.
Once you finish enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email. Open and click the link to activate your online banking account.
