FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you can’t remember your online banking password, please follow the simple guide below to reset it:
Step 1- In homepage, please enter your User ID then click forgot password link to begin the password reset
Once the online system validates your user id, the system will take you through the reset of the password reset process.
HOW TO ENROLL
Personal account holder at the Bank of Guam is able to enroll for the online banking service through the simple steps outlined below:
Step 1- In the homepage, click enroll now to initiate the enrollment
Step 2- Please provide the requested details, then click Continue
After the system approves your account details, you will be able to set your online banking account.
