FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
For security purposes, BankVic does not allow its enrolled users of online banking service to self-reset their login passwords. This is made to protect the users from online cyber-related crimes. In order to reset your online banking password, kindly visit the nearest branch office or contact the online banking team at 13 63 73. After your details are validated, a new temporary password will be emailed to you

If you have a checking or savings account in BankVic, follow the simple steps below on how to enroll in online banking service:
Step 1 – In homepage, please click Register link
Step 2 – Review the BankVic Terms and Conditions then click Agree
Step 3 – Download and fill the Online Banking Application form
Submit the filled application to a nearby branch office or emailed it to [email protected] Your application will be reviewed and upon approval, your account will be set up and you will be notified.
