You will receive your User ID via email.

HOW TO ENROLL
Account holders in Capital Bank can enroll for online banking through these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click on the First Time User? link shown below
Step 2- Please fill in the requested information in the Secure Sign Up form, tick both Bill Pay and Terms & Conditions checkboxes, shown here at the bottom of the page, then click Complete Sign up
The bank will activate your online banking account, once it approves the information you provide.
MANAGE CAPITAL BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT
With improved Online Banking from Capital Bank, you will be able to:
- View accounts at Capital Bank
- See and print up to 18 months of eStatements
- Make payments from your Capital Bank to third parties using Bill Pay
- Automated stop payment
- Account reconciliation
- Transfer funds between your Capital Bank accounts and accounts at other institutions using our new External Transfer feature
