FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOGIN ID?
If you can’t recall your online banking credentials, please consider the steps outlined below to recover or reset them:
Reset Forgotten Password
Step 1- In the homepage, click Forgot password link
Step 2- Provide your username, then click Submit
The system will take you through the rest of the password reset steps.
Recover Forgotten Username
Step 1- In the homepage, click Forgot user name link
Step 2- Provide your email address, then click Submit
You will receive your Username via email.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enroll in CedarStone Bank online banking, an individual needs to be an account holder in the bank. To enroll, please follow the guide shown below
Step 1- In the homepage, hover cursor over the service tab, then click online banking link
Step 2- Scroll down and click the Sign Up For Online Banking link
Step 3- Fill in the requested details, then click Next
Once your details are approved, you will be able to continue and setup your online banking account.
