Through the use of Advantage’s online banking service, you can carry out your banking activities whenever you want, wherever you want. All you need is internet access. FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you are unable to recall your online banking password, consider the following steps to rest your password:
Step 1- In the homepage, enter your Username, then click Submit
Step 2- Click Forgot password? link
Step 3- Enter your Username, Last 4 digits of Social Security number and Email address, then click Reset Password
The online banking platform will allow you reset your password after validating your account details.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you are an account holder at Advantage Bank, consider the following steps to enroll for the online banking service:
Step 1- In the homepage, hover cursor over Online Services then click Personal Online Services
Step 2- Click Advantage Online tab and scroll down then Click here to enrol today! link
Step 3- Provide the requested details in the Enroll form, then click Enroll. Note: Social Security Number should be entered as digits only, without dashes or spaces. PIN is the last four digits of your social security number.
The system will allow you finalise the enrollement process.
