With Charlevoix State Bank’s free Online Banking service, you can check account balances, transfer money between accounts, or look up your loan balance. All you need is an account with Charlevoix State Bank then you can sign up for Online Banking service. The following guide will help account holders at the institution to access online banking service by helping them log in, reset forgotten online banking password and even enroll for the service.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you are not able to recall your online banking password, don’t worry. Charlevoix State Bank allows users to reset it online. Follow the steps outlined below to reset it:
Step 1- In the homepage, enter your Username, then tick the Forgot password? checkbox, then click LOGIN
You will be directed to a page where you select phone number or email address for you to have a secure access code sent to it. Provide the secure access code (temporary code) and click Continue. You will be able to create a new password and click Continue.
HOW TO ENROLL
Account holders at Charlevoix State Bank can enroll for the online banking service. Sign up is easy. Follow the steps shown below:
Step 1- Click on the “new user” option in the Homepage
Step 2- Please complete the enrollment form then click Submit Enrollment
Charlevoix State Bank will call within 2 business days to validate and activate your new Online Banking account.
