If you can’t recall your password, the bank does not offer a way to reset it online. So contact the bank’s customer care service for help on resetting your password at 1-855-462-2652.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enroll for CIT Bank online banking account, the bank demands that you review and accept its terms of service and fill in the Online Banking Enrollment form. Below are the steps involved:
Step 1- Follow the first three steps in the login section. Note: For the Online Banking ID, enter anything e.g ‘banklogin’
Step 2- Click the Sign up link shown below
Step 3- Review and accept CIT Bank Agreement for Personal Accounts by checking the box shown below, then click Continue.
Step 4- Fill in all the needed information in the Online Banking Enrollment form, then click Continue
After successfully enrolling, you will have instant access to your online banking account and be able to access all other accounts you have with the bank.
MANAGE CIT BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT
Having CIT Bank’s online banking account, you can:
- Access and manage account alerts
- Schedule and transfer funds between CIT Bank accounts
- Schedule and transfer funds to and from other banks
- See statements and account activity
