FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
For legitimate Online Banking users to reset their forgotten password, they must verify your identity by providing your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address. Please follow these steps to receive your password reminder:
Step 1- Once you submit your Access ID, please click the link that says ‘Did you forget your password?’
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address to verify your identity then click Submit
If the credentials are approved, you will receive a reminder in your email address.
HOW TO ENROLL
Only legitimate account holders in AJ Smith Federal Saving Bank can enroll for the bank’s Online Banking service. Please take note of these steps to enroll:
Step 1- In the Homepage, hover cursor over the Online Banking tab then choose Online Banking Enrollment
Step 2- Please fill in the First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit
After accepting the credentials, the system will allow you to create your Access ID and Password before you finish setting up your online account
