Step 1 – Kindly choose ONLINE BANKING – PERSONAL in the shown ACCOUNT TYPE section, then enter your User ID then click SIGN IN
Step 2 – Click the reset password link shown below
Step 3 – Enter your User ID then click Next
Step 4 – Choose whether to receive the security code through a text message or a call then click Next button
Step 5 – Enter the security code you have received then click Verify
Once your identity is approved, you will be allowed to set a new password.
