FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
Country Bank allows you reset your forgotten online banking password. To reset it, please follow these steps:
Step 1- Please login using your User ID and when you are prompted to enter your online banking password, click the shown Reset Password link
Step 2- Fill in your Online Banking ID, E-mail Address and E-mail Subject in the shown fields, then click Continue
You will receive an email with details on how to reset your password.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enjoy the convenience of banking online, you must enroll in online banking. Please follow the guide below to enroll.
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Sign up now for Online Banking link shown below
Step 2- Click the shown link to proceed with Online Banking enrollment
Step 3- Please review the Online Banking Agreement, then click I Agree button
Step 4- Please enter your Social Security or Tax Identification number, Account Number and Email Address, then click Continue
If your enrollment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Open the link in the email using the same computer you used to enroll. The link will expire after 60 minutes.
