If you are having problem recalling your online banking passcode, please follow these steps to reset it:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Online Banking Login link, the click on the Forgot Passcode? link shown below
Step 2- To reset your passcode, please enter your Access ID, tax identification number or social security number, and your account number, then click Submit
After validating the details you provided, it will allow you to proceed and reset your passcode.

You are only able to enroll if you have an account in Damascus Community Bank. Follow these steps to enroll:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Online Banking Login link, then click on the Enroll Now link shown below
Step 2- Review the Electronic Disclosure Consent Statement, then tick the shown checkbox and click I Agree to continue
Step 3- Click OK on the popup window that says you must have a deposit account in DCB. Next, review the Online Banking and Bill Payment Agreement, then tick the shown checkbox and click the I Agree button
Step 4- Please fill in the Online Internet Banking Enrollment Form, then click Continue at the bottom
