Step 1- In the bank’s homepage, click the link that says Forgot Username? shown below
Step 2- Fill in your information in the form shown below to retrieve your username, then click Start
Step 3- Next, enter your passcode then click Next.
Once authenticated, you will retrieve your Username
To reset your password
Step 1- Follow first two steps in ‘How to Log in’ section
Step 2- Click the shown link that says ‘Forgot Password?’
Step 3- Fill in your information in the form below, then click Start
Step 4- Enter your passcode, then click Next
Once authenticated, you will be requested to create new password. Afterwards you can login
HOW TO ENROLL
