FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOGIN ID
If you forget your login password, the system will ask you to submit you Login Name and Email address in order allow you to reset your credentials.
Step 1 – In the Online Banking screen, please click reset password.
Step 2 – Enter your Login Name and Email address then click Continue.
Your details will be sent to the bank servers for verification. If they are valid a link will be send to your email address. Follow that link and you will be able to reset your password.
HOW TO ENROLL
Alva State bank allows Account holders to sign up for its Online Banking platform. Follow the simple steps below.
Step 1 – In the Alva State Bank homepage, Click Online Banking Sign Up.
Step 2 – Please fill in the Sign Up form provided correctly and review the Terms and Conditions, then submit your application.
The bank will approve your details and your Online banking account will be activated.
