Step 2 – A pop-up will appear where you will click on the “First Time Login” link.
Step 3 – Make sure you read the instructions on the right before you enter your details on the left.
Step 4 – Review your entries to make sure you have entered the correct information. Next, click on the “Submit” Button to enroll.
