If you accidentally forget your password, First Hawaiian Bank online platform lets you self-reset your credentials. Follow these steps to recover your password.
Step 1 – Please click Forgot your Password link in the bank’s homepage
Step 2 – In the new page, enter your User Name and your email address then click Next

Step 1 – In the home screen of the institution, click Enroll button under online banking category
Step 2 – Review the information required to set up an online account then click Enroll Online
Step 3- Click Yes to show you have an account in the bank
Step 4- Choose your Account Type in the shown field, then click Next to proceed
You will be prompted to provide information about your account. Once the information is verified you will be able to set your lo in credentials and access your account.
