FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?
If you can’t recall your online banking password, follow these steps to reset it:
Step 1- In the homepage, click on the Login button at the top-right corner, enter your Login ID, then click Login
Step 2- Click the shown Forgot Your Password? link
Provide the requested details to proceed with the password-reset process. In case of any problem, please call the bank’s customer care on 800-501-6535 for assistance.
HOW TO ENROLL
Consider these enrollment steps if you are an account holder in First Premier Bank.
Step 1- In the homepage, in the Enroll for Online Access choose Personal Banking as shown here
Step 2- Please fill in the Online Banking Enrollment form then click Continue. Note: Please do not include any leading zeros on your loan account number when enrolling
Once your account is approved, you will be able to access your accounts online.
