FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you are a registered user of the First State Bank and Trust online banking platform, you can follow the steps below to reset a forgotten password:
Step 1 – In the login panel, kindly click Forgot Password link
Step 2 – Enter your NetTeller ID, email address and email subject then click Continue
The bank will establish the authenticity of your credentials and automatically email you anew password under the set email subject.
