FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
For security purposes, Franklin Synergy Bank does not use password security system. The one-time security code is termed as password which is normally valid for single login. HOW TO ENROLL
Only members of the bank who own a checking or savings account are qualified for this service. Follow the steps below to enroll:
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, kindly click Personal Enrollment link
Step 2 – Enter all the required information to confirm your identity and set account details then click Continue Enrollment
Your details will be submitted to online banking team for verification purposes. Upon approval you will be allowed to finish the enrollment process by creating login credentials and review terms and conditions.
