Step 1 – In the bank homepage, kindly click Forgot Password link
Step 2 – Enter your Username then click Submit
Step 3 – Answer the security challenge then click Submit
Given the security question is answered correctly, you will be allowed to proceed and set a new password.
Step 1: In the homepage, click Forgot Username link
Step 2 – Enter your email address then click Submit
The online banking system will automatically email your username given the email you have provided is correct.

Step 2 – Fill in all the required information then click Next
