FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you have forgotten your Granite Bank online banking login credentials, kindly do not panic since you can self-reset them online. Follow the steps below to reset your login password:
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, click Reset Password link in the NetTeller Online Banking section
Step 2 – Enter your Online Banking ID, email address and email subject then click Continue.
A new temporary password will be emailed to your under the set email subject if the details are linked to your account in the bank.
