Step 2- Fill in the your Username in the shown field, then click Submit to initiate the password reset process
You will be able to proceed after your Username is approved.
Step 1- To recover your user name, please click the Forgot Username? link in the homepage
Step 2- Please enter your email address you used to register in the online banking, then click Submit
You will receive an email with your username.
